Reportedly, Meta intends to sublease nearly all of the office space. Subleasing is a new trend as return to office is only 60% in Austin, (Bloomberg.com December 219th 2022). The "Austin Business Journal" reported recently that sublease rates are significantly lower yet offer some businesses the option for space with a shorter timeframe as well.
