The pier and Cement Boat (SS Palo Alto) at Seacliff a fixture since 1929 was built in 1918 as an oil tanker for the U.S. Navy but was too late for service in WWI. Until 1998, parts of the concrete boat were accessible. Since, it remains a point-of-interest full or blow holes, shorebirds and marine life.
Seacliff is part of mid-Santa Cruz County on The Monterey Bay, California.
