Around Greece-Above Heraklion a valley full of Olive Orchards. View here includes a cooperative that yields organic and traditional olive oil from the Vassilakis Estate and as many as 3,500 other growers in the immediate area. Orchards in this area are smaller than those in the non-mountainous regions of Crete.
