Around Austin-Congress and 7th this morning. Rain is forecasted Friday, Saturday and Sunday sending some outside SXSW events to scramble. According to KXAN.COM "Rounds of storms are expected today through the weekend, some of which could be severe." KXAN also reports that the threat of storms has "SXSW's free Saturday concerts...originally planned at Auditorium Shores, will now move to Palm Door on Sixth, an indoor venue."
