Business-Austin reportedly, from Bloomberg.com Monday December 19th 2022, has nearly 60% of workers returning to office which greatly exceeds reports of between ~40-45% elsewhere. San Francisco is particularly struggling adding to the woes of living in "The City" that is experiencing "office-vacancy of 25%." Issues that are reported including "pricey real estate, jarring homelessness and crime are weakening the city."
