Vendor and attendee discuss albums. Hard possibly for many non-fans to relate to but vinyl is different than Spotify or iTunes. First it's a tangible item you can put your hands on. Second the original records have the music published as the artist and production teams saw fit and often extensive liner notes covering the artist's POV and details on the musicians, instruments and the actual production on each track. Reissues can be different but the originals remain the same. Events like The Austin Record Convention give access to the originals, reprints and reissues. Long playing albums, 45s, CDs, cassette tapes and prints were all available.
